You're in Vegas, baby, and it is magnificent. How could it get any better? There is a way. Free gifts! If you download your own coupons from the Internet and keep your eyes open while you're in Vegas, you're bound to find freebies throughout town.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy

1. Check the Internet before you go on a trip. There are coupons on line for free things, all the way from key chains to mugs. Start your search at websites like Vegas 4 Locals and the Las Vegas Insider (see Resources below).
2. Look for fliers and coupon books at the hotel and on the street. Many times you'll find coupons for freebies, especially for 2 for 1 tickets and dining.
3. Join a slot club at one of the major casinos. They're free and some give you a free gift for joining.
4. Enter contests. There's always a free slot contest somewhere in Las Vegas. Find it and take that free spin on the wheel. T-shirts, caps, soft drinks and key chains are usually the prize.
5. Tour the timeshares. Some place in your travels someone will call out to you to sign up for a free dinner or show tickets. If you do sign up to listen to the timeshare lecture, it will take a few hours from your vacation and there will be some pressure to buy a timeshare. Still, the gifts are usually very nice.
