3. Magickal traditions and covens usual require their members to use specific tools. If you are part of a group or plan to join one, make sure you adhere to their requirements.

4. Take into account your magick wand needs to reflect who you are and whatever properties you're working with. Take time to make the appropriate selection.

5. Hold the wand in your hands for a few quiet minutes. Ground yourself and
   feel its vibration. Set it aside and repeat the process with several more wands before making your purchase.
