Perform any necessary adjustments to the pictures you will be placing on your CD cover. If you need to crop it, change the color or resize it, it's best to do this beforehand but you can do it later if needed.

2
Make a CD cover for a slimline case by creating a new document in PSP. Click on "File" and "New." The dimensions should be 24-by-12 cm by 100pix/cm. You can then fold it in half to make the front and the back of the cover.

Design the background and add your text where necessary. Use the "T" tool from the tool bar to draw a text box and type. For the back side of the standard CD case allow .7-cm on the left and the right for each spine.

5
Import your pictures and lay out your CD cover as desired. If you're combining photos make sure to blend them in nicely.
