3. Discuss the details of your event at Foxwoods. After telling them you wish to be married there, have them send you an informational packet, which will include their various ballrooms and salons where you can hold your reception, as well as catering menus. It's also a good idea to reserve your date as early as possible. Don't dilly-dally with the details, those can be figured later. Get your deposit in.

• If guests have limited funds for hotel rooms, suggest they stay off-site. Because Foxwoods has a limited number of rooms, the prices can be quite high throughout the year. Check expedia for hotel deals in the area.
