Weight Watchers makes snacking easy because they have their point values listed on the packaging of their food brand items. Weight Watchers has a vast array of snacks to choose from when you have a craving. The following will show you how to snack on Weight Watcher's foods.

  1. Step 1

    Purchase Weight Watchers sweet snacks from your local grocery store, department store or directly from the Weight Watchers website. Weight Watchers has tasty caramel, chocolate, lemon, and carrot snack cakes worth one point. They also have muffins with flavors like Berries and Cream and Blueberry and Double Chocolate worth three points each.

  2. Step 2

    Snack on one of Weight Watchers many varieties of chocolate candies. They have Pecan Crowns, Chocolate Mousse, English Toffee Squares, Almond Nougat, Nougie Nutty Chews, Coconut, Caramel Medallions, Crispy Butter Cream Caramels, Peanut Butter Crunch, Crispy Butter Caramels and Chocolate Mint Patties. Each is worth one point. They also have Caramel Drops which are worth three points.

  3. Step 3

    Enjoy Weight Watchers ice cream. They have several ice cream, sorbet and sherbet bar varieties that are worth one or two points each, ice cream sandwiches worth two points each, ice cream cups worth two points and ice cream cones worth two points.

    Eat Weight Watchers' delicious yogurt or smoothies. They come in a wide variety of flavors and have only one point each.

    Choose salty snacks. Weight Watchers also makes Cheddar Whole Grain Twists and Pretzels each worth two points per serving.

    Make your own snacks. Weight Watchers has a lot of sweet and salty snack recipes available on their website and in their cookbooks and magazines.
