Follow the touch screen voting procedures the station volunteers show you. Read any touch screen voting machine literature you're handed while waiting in line. These systems are user-friendly, you can always get an election volunteer to help you once you're at your voting booth.
Step2
Check in at the desk and receive your voting card. Walk to your voting machine and insert your card in the card slot.
Step3
Read the touch screen voting machine instructions that come up. Adjust the text size so you can see the candidates and options better.
Step4
Advance to the next page and view your options. Touch the choice box right next to the candidate you want to vote for. Continue to the next page and repeat the cycle for the next set of offices and candidates.
Step5
Go back when you select your final candidates. Start at the first touch screen list and review the candidates you've selected. The touch screen voting machine allows you to undo your last section so that you can vote for an alternate candidate.
Step6
Proceed to the end once you're satisfied with who you have selected. Select "Cast Ballot" to submit your vote to the card. Return your card to the election volunteers and they will record your vote with your precinct's total.
