How to sanitize without expensive chemicals

I am a mother of two (excluding the husband).I was diagnosed with chemically induced asthma several years ago. I thought that expensive comercial cleaners were the only way to clean deodorize and sanitize my home. But what most of us are not aware of is that mixing chemicals of all types produce toxic fumes which endanger us all. Not only are some of these products dangerous to our mucus membranes, they are toxic to our immunity.Our bodies need some amount of daily germs to be healthy. So I did some research as to how to help avoid cleaners that cause me to have a breathing attack. And this is what I have found out.White vinegar kills most all bacteria harmful to our immunity. Yet it is safe to eat,breath and use daily.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • clean paper towels
  • spray bottle clearly marked
  • white vinegar
  • water
  1. Step 1

    1. In a clearly marked clean spray bottle mix 1 cup white vinegar and one cup water.

  2. Step 2

    2.Spray surface to be cleaned and let soak just a few seconds.
    you can use this on counters, walls, windows...just about anything.

  3. Step 3

    3. Wipe clean with a dry cloth.

Tips & Warnings
  • Vinegar is not only food safe, but also will not affect colorfast materials.
  • Vinegar will not harm pets.
  • Vinegar is a natural odor eliminater
  • do not get in eyes won't hurt you permanantly, but burns like crazy.
