With eucalyptus oil to ease cold congestion, this bath will help you breathe easier. Keep this recipe handy for the cold season!

Instructions

Difficulty: Easy

Things You’ll Need:

  • 6 drops of eucalyptus oil
  • 3 drops of spearmint oil
  • 3 drops of peppermint oil
  • 1 quart of distilled water
  • 1 4 oz. bar of castile soap
  • 4 ounces of liquid glycerin

Step1
Mix the distilled water, soap and glycerin together and stir.
Step2
Add your essential oils to the mixture and stir.
Step3
Add mixture to warm running bath water.
Step4
Slip into the bath, relax, and enjoy the soothing scents to help you breathe easier!
