Have you ever wanted to wakeboard? You'll need to be able to get up on a wakeboard to wakeboard. THis article will show you how to get up on a wakeboard.

Difficulty: Moderate
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Wakeboard.
  • Wakeboard rope w/ handle.
  • A ski boat w/ a driver.
  • An observer.
  1. Step 1
    Keep your body up.
    Keep your body up.

    Once the rope is hooked up to the boat, put on your wakeboard bindings and jump into the water. Have the observer toss you the handle of the rope.

  2. Step 2
    The rope hooked up to the boat.

    Have the boat driver tighten up the rope. Keep your arms extended with the rope going over the middle of the board.

  3. Step 3
    A wakeboard.
    A wakeboard.

    Once your ready, say go. The boat will increase speed. You'll feel a force start to the pull your knees to your chest. DON'T PULL YOURSELF UP!

  4. Step 4
    The correct posture.
    The correct posture.

    The board will straighten out. Stand up slowly and keep your arms straight and kness slightly bent.

Tips & Warnings
  • Don't pull yourself up.
  • Never wakeboard in the dark.
  • Have a good driver.
  • BE SAFE!!!
