Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Things You’ll Need:
- Defender
- Ball handler
- Basketball
- Place to play
Step1
When the play is called for you to set a pick, eye the defender you will be setting a screen on.
Step2
Once you see the defender run to him holding up a fist. This signals that you'll set a screen.
Step3
Once you get to the defender, stop about two inches away and put your hands over your groin. Be strong and let the defender run into you.
Step4
When the ball handler has gone by, roll out on the defender with your hands ready. The ball may be passed to you.

on 6/11/2008 Thanks for sharing. There is always room on a team for a player that can set a good screen.
