Things You'll Need:
- Posterboard paper (2 different colors)
- Scissors
- Foam mounting squares
-
Step 1
First cut your posterboard paper into the size and shape that you want your pocket to be. You can cut both pieces of posterboard to be the exact same size or if you're feeling a little more adventurous and want to go for something more "free style" looking, you can cut them into different shapes. Though, you should try to keep them relatively the same size.
-
Step 2
Cut a design into the middle of one of the pieces of posterboard. For example, this could be a flower, a heart, a star, a fish... Or, even your own little design, it can be whatever you want it to be. Get creative!
-
Step 3
Cut the foam mounting squares into strips.
-
Step 4
Secure the piece of posterboard that does NOT have the design cut into it to your scrapbooking layout with the foam mounting strips that you cut.
-
Step 5
Attach the piece of posterboard with the design cut into it on top of your other piece of posterboard. And, you're done! Now you have a colorful and creative pocket for your scrapbooking layout!
