In this article I will show you an easy and creative way to add pockets to your scrapbooking layouts.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Posterboard paper
  • Scissors
  • Foam mounting squares
  1. Step 1

Cut the posterboard into the size and shape that you want your pocket to be. If there are any decorative touches you'd like to cut into your pocket, now is the time to do that as well.

  2. Step 2

Now it's time to prepare the foam mounting squares to be used. I found that by using these, the pockets seemed to stay secured to the background of my scrapbooking layout. To prepare them, you simply need to cut them into strips.

  3. Step 3

Secure your posterboard pocket to the background of your scrapbooking layout with the foam mounting strips that you cut. Congratulations, you've just created a pocket in your scrapbooking layout! These are great for storing extra things you want to remember within your scrapbook's pages. I hope you'll enjoy adding pockets to your scrapbooking layouts as much as I do!
