Stretching diagramStretching is very important to keep limbs and joints pain free. Put a blanket on the floor, or a floor mat or lay on a carpet. Do not stretch on a hard wooden surface.

Stretch for 10 minutes a day, either upon waking, before bed or after exercise or all 3.Stretch all parts of your body for at least 10 minutes a day. Exercise and eat nutritious foods and you should get relief. Drink a lot of pure, filtered water.
