Joint pain is a very present problem, and many people don't know what to do about it. Learn about MSM, a vital supplement that has many benefits. The S stands for sulfur, which is vastly lacking in the modern American diet. MSM is actually the most common chemical compound on the earth!

Believe it or not, folks have even cured their eyesight with MSM. It will not work for those who use reading glasses, but if you use glasses for distances far away, MSM may do the trick for you, even helping you to turn in your provisional driver's license!

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • MSM Crystals
  • Cereal
  • Bowl
  • Spoon
  • Milk
  1. Step 1

Some mix MSM crystals in the milk for their cereal every morning. First pour the milk in your bowl.

  2. Step 2

    Stir in MSM crystals.

  3. Step 3

Then pour your dry cereal. Many note that there is no noticable taste at all, and this is one of the most economical sources of MSM.

  4. Step 4

Other options are MSM lotion and capsules. NOW makes an economical brand of lotion.

Tips & Warnings
  • Glucosamine Chondroiton is also very effective in helping with joint pain.
  • Another unknown fact about joint pain is that arthritis is related to yeast. By cutting back on sugar and some other measures you can eliminate the yeast problem in your body that you did not know you had. See the book, The Yeast Connection for more information.
  • Coconut oil is a tasty substitute for butter on toast or banana bread. Coconut cuts the sugars in our bodies and cleanses out the yeast. You can also put coconut milk on your cereal or in your curry or take capryl or caprillic acid capsules, which are available at your local health food store. Capryl is made from coconut.

on 8/31/2007 Very interesting. However I don't know where to source MSM here in the Philippines (Davao City, in particular). For joint pain - i usually apply hot/cold compress. Occasionally, i use local herbs (i warm pound ginger root) then apply on affected area. Thank you.
