How to Visit Niagara Falls

Located on the border of Ontario, Canada and New York in the United States, Niagara Falls is one of the natural wonders of the world. 2. Experience the falls up close. Take a steamboat ride at the bottom of the falls, or journey behind the falls by taking a self-guided tour through tunnels located behind the waterfall.
3. Check out Fallsview Indoor Waterpark, North America's largest water park and hotel complex. This hotel is in the center of where everything is happening, which makes it ideal for family vacations.
4. See historical sites. The War of 1812 was crucial in Niagara Falls history. If you enjoy history, there are many places you'll want to stop and see such as: Chippawa Battlefield, Fort George, and Old Fort Niagara to name a few.
5. Taste the melting pot of cuisines. Whether you're in the mood for American, Asian or some Caribbean, you can find something you want. There's a selection from fine dining restaurants to pubs and grills.

Tips & Warnings

• By June 2009, everyone, including U.S. citizens, will need a passport to enter and re-enter Canada by land and sea. You already need a passport when flying.
