Use your breath to blow hair out of the heads after each shave.

Clean the heads with a brush about once a week. A brush should have come in the package with your rotary shaver.

Take off the shaving head and unscrew the knob underneath. Remove the plate.

Cleanse the cutters and screens according to manufacturer's instructions, using a liquid cleaner or a commercial spray. Some shavers are waterproof and you can run faucet water over them after you have unplugged the cord for safety.
