Wouldn't it be nice to be able to get some of your pesky choirs done while you read Aunt Mae's expose on her neighbor's geraniums? With Verbose Text to Speech software you can have your computer read the email aloud while you go about your business. Verbose Text to Speech software also converts files so you can listen to the text on you MP3 player. Read on to learn more.

Instructions

Step1
Check your computer's capacity to ensure that you have enough space to download and use Verbose software. Your computer needs to have at least a Pentium 500MHz process and a minimum of 32MB of RAM. Verbose software is compatible with most Windows system and uses 179.69KB.
Step2
Use a search engine to find a website selling Verbose Text to Speech software. There are free versions available on many websites.
Step3
Download the program and follow the step by step instructions for set up and use. Your computer's install wizard should take care of the heavy lifting and leave you to simple click "continue."
Step4
Open Verbose. Copy and Paste the text you wish to have read into Verbose. At the bottom of the screen choose a voice from a drop down menu.
Step5
Press "READ" to have the text read aloud in your chosen voice. Save the file as an MP3 or wav file.

Tips & Warnings

  • Verbose software is great for people with poor eyesight, learning disabilities or those just learning to read.
  • E-books can also easily be converted to sound and taken on the road to be listened to in the car or during your workout.
