Instructions

    • 1

Search for a good concealer that will hide your crows feet well. Brand name concealers will work best, such as Clinique, Mary Kay, Estee Lauder or Avon.

    • 2

Buy your concealer in one shade lighter than your skin tone and foundation color.

    • 3

Use your ring finger to apply the concealer. Put a dab of concealer on your finger the size of the tip of a pen to begin to hide your crows feet.

    • 4

Apply the concealer with your ring finger completely covering your crows feet. Use light, upward strokes to apply the concealer.

    • 5

Let the concealer set for about one minute before proceeding.

    • 6

Get your foundation out and apply as you normally would using upward strokes. Use light pressure, especially when going over the concealer on the crows feet.

    • 7

Apply your face powder, be it pressed or loose powder. Loose powder will do a better job with trying to hide crows feet.

    • 8

Wait about five minutes for makeup to set completely. Reapply concealer in the same fashion as in step two, if you do not feel as though you have hidden your crows feet well enough.

I've been told by several make-up artists to never put powder on crows feet. Powder on wrinkles only accentuates them.

Are crow's feet really that bad? I know it's wrinkles, but sometimes they show how much you've lived and laughed (which can be a beautiful thing).
