Wild hair is a problem that many women experience. Wild hair usually involves hair becoming frizzy and unmanageable. Women with wild hair will look as if they have just rolled out of bed. If you have wild hair, you should find a method to tame it.

Wash your hair with colder water. Many women have found that rinsing shampoo out of their hair with cool water will make it less frizzy.

Work product through damp hair. This will help you tame your wild hair and style it the way that you want it. Gels or mousses should be placed on your fingertips in a small amount and worked through the hair starting at the crown.

Use a leave-in conditioner. This is one of the simplest ways to tame wild hair. A leave-in conditioner is a solution that is sprayed in your hair and conditions your mane throughout the day.

Blow dry your hair on a low and cool setting. The high and hot setting found on most blow dryers will cause your hair to become even more unmanageable. If your blow dryer comes with a diffuser attachment that will also help tame curly hair.
Step5
Apply a deep conditioner on a weekly basis. Deep conditioners can help lock moisture into your hair and prevent it from becoming dry and frizzy.

  • Don't use a hair brush on wild hair. It is better to use a comb or pick while the hair is damp.
  • Avoid using too many tools to style your hair. Your hair will become dried out and frizzy from the overuse of hair dryers, curling irons and straightening irons.
