Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Step1
Apply a high SPF sunscreen made especially for the eye area. Smooth the sunscreen gently around your eyes, including the upper and lower eyelids, and apply additional sunscreen every couple of hours.
Step2
Wear dark sunglasses and hats with wide brims that protect as much of your eye area as possible.
Step3
Stop smoking, and avoid smoky areas. Smoking or frequently visiting smoke-filled environments makes you squint because your eyes naturally reject the smoke's irritating and drying effects. Squinting deepens existing crow's feet.
Step4
Dot Vitamin C ester on the crow's feet, which can firm up the lines.
Step5
Eat cranberries, blueberries, strawberries and raspberries. All of these berries contain antioxidants that can help prevent premature aging and wrinkles.
Step6
Take 300 to 400 mg of magnesium a day, and eat foods with high magnesium content such as brown rice, wheat bran, wheat germ, almonds and peanuts. Magnesium is a mineral that improves the appearance of the skin. It also benefits the nervous system and the heart as well.
Step7
Add salmon to your daily diet. Cold water fish, such as salmon, combat cellular inflammation of the skin, and can give your skin a toned and healthy appearance.
