1. Clean the exterior of your karaoke machine regularly. Use a soft clean cloth to wipe down the karaoke machine housing. You can use warm water to help clean the unit, but it should be applied to the cloth, not the machine casing.

2. Avoid using cleaning solvents to maintain the karaoke machine. These can tarnish the surface of the machine. Solvents can also affect how the machine functions if they get inside the housing or into the buttons.

3. Clean the CD laser lens occasionally. Use a CD lens cleaning disc for the best results. Place the disc into the karaoke machine and run it according to the enclosed instructions.

4. Try cleaning the CD laser lens manually. Open the CD player and locate the CD laser lens. Wipe it off gently with a clean cotton cloth. Do not use any solvents.
