How to remove a surface splinter

How to remove a splinter that sticks out. Peel and cut a strip of sticky tape, place it over the area of the splinter and rip it off...the splinter in many cases will be removed and appear on the tape.

• A roll of clear or medical sticky tape.

1. Peel and cut a strip of sticky tape
2. Place it over the area where the splinter is embedded.
3. Press down and then quickly peel the tape off.
   The splinter in many cases will be removed and appear on the tape.
