Disk Cleanup Disk Clean up Your computer saves everything and stores it in some odd places some time, similar to a child’s room. Which means it needs some care and cleaning up on a regular basis. There are a lot of unused files on your computer, which take up a lot of space and can be gotten rid of, which will set up your computer to function at it best ability. It is recommended by computer experts to run the disk clean up every month or so. You can do it manually or set it up to do it on its own with Windows XP. I do recommend doing it when you are not going to use your computer, maybe in the evening or a weekend.
