    Avoid eating late at night. We love to eat snack at night especially weekends where we have videos to watch with the whole family. Or sometimes because we finished late at work, we apparently take our dinner late too. The problem here is because we don't do too much activity at night. We might just watch TV and head straight to bed. Because there's no energy is spent, this causes high sugar level in the blood stream and the excess sugar will result to fat stored under our skin.

    Forget about junk food. It's normal to people to eat these junk food like cookies, chips, candies, etc. because they taste good. But hey, we knew it will just don't do any good to our health. Most of these have high saturated fats that apparently will cause fat in our body.

    Try to get rid of junk food in our place. I know it's not that easy to do but as you try it gradually, you'll unnoticeably find out that you've get rid of bad eating habits.

    Commonly, we find our food shelves and fridges full of canned good, processed and refined foods because most of the time, we like to have something to eat in an instant and these foods give us that convenience. But we don't realize what we are missing if we are preparing fresh goods such as fresh fruits and vegetables instead.

    By doing that practice of preparing nutritious fresh foods, we are cleaning up our diet and making ourselves to avoid foods with high carbohydate as well. This will definitely make a huge difference in leaning out our midsection.

    If you're an alcohol lover, listen up because this tip is directly about you. Try to reduce your alcohol consumption. We all know that too much alcohol like beer in the body causes weight gain and fat in our belly.

    Don't you know that one gram of alcohol alcohol contains 7 calories. Alcohol doesn't contain any nutrients at all and it's all fat. So the more you consumed, the more fat you are putting to your body, well most likely in your belly.

    Well, we can't stop drinking alcohol completely and it's just alright to do it occasionally. Moderation is the best way to go.

    If we really are serious in getting in good shape and lose those love handles for good, we need to get our butt off and perform a regular exercise. We can do this without eating much of our time and without going to the gym. Go for a walk with our dogs, ride bike with kids or play outdoor sports like tennis or basketball. It doesn't really matter what we do, all that matters is getting active. As you do this, try to gradually increase the time of performing these exercises for at least half an hour in a day you are doing it.

    Also try to do workout with weights at least 2 to 3 times a week with around 45 minute session and do your cardio at least 3 times a week in 30 minute session. So simply you can perform the workout 3 times a week. In two days you'll do weights and cardio and on one day you just do your cardio.

  • We just really need to dedicate enough of our time to our health because it should be in our highest priorities in life next to our family.
  • If you're the type of person who doesn't want to perform any exercises, go on wishing because you will never ever lose your love handles no matter how you dream for it. Be the person of action.

on 11/6/2009 There are two love handle making ingredients that make them. The first one that maybe referred to as the your "charmin" is subcutaneous fat it is below the skin and between your sexy six pack and your skin. This type of fat is disgusting and makes its way around to develop those awful Love Handles.

The second type of fat that you have in your mid section area is called visceral fat, and that lies under the muscle tissue and surrounds your organs. Visceral fat also plays its role in giving you the look that you don't want which is the "keg" covering your six pack. Which is not attractive and will not help you be a cover model any time soon.

Both subcutaneous fat and visceral fat in your mid section area is not good for you, but studies has shown that having to much visceral fat is even more bad for you than subcutaneous fat. Both of these nasty love handle making ingredients greatl...
