How to Get Arena Gear in World of Warcraft

The Arena has made it possible for even casual players to experience a little of the "Epic Life." Fighting in the Arena can earn you points which can be used to purchase weapons and armor that are comparable to raid-class gear! You no longer need to be in a raiding guild to get good gear! Here's how it works.

Instructions

1. Fight in the Arena. See our article on forming an Arena team for details on how to get started.

2. Save up your points. The cheapest Arena items are around 950 points.

3. Head up to Area 52 in Netherstorm when you've accumulated enough points. Find Krixel Pinchwhistle in his hut.

4. Use your arena points to purchase the gear you want. These work exactly like cash; they do not decay over time, so you can keep saving them. There is however, a limit of 5,000 arena points, so if you've saved up around 4,000, it may be time to start spending them.

5. Enjoy your new gear!
