Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Things You’ll Need:
- Time
- Racket
- Racquetballs
- Racquetball Court
- Sneakers
- Comfortable Clothing
Step1
The first thing you need to do is go out and purchase a few items. A pair of sneakers and clothing to workout in, a container of racquetballs, and a racket (you don't have to buy top of the line), should be all you need to get started.
Step2
Locate the nearest racquetball court. These can be found at a local park or most often a gym.
Step3
This step is really optional but it would not hurt to do. If you want to be a serious player, go online or to a bookstore and look for information on how to play racquetball. Learn the rules and maybe even some tricks for your advantage.
Step4
Go to your racquetball court, stretch before doing anything, and then start banging the ball around. Don't worry, once you start chasing the ball around, you will build up an unbelivable amount of sweat, and the pounds will diminish the more you play.
Step5
As far as a stress reliever, well that's simple. Everytime you get ready to hit the ball, picture the object that is giving you all the stress, and let it rip on the ball. Picture people that have upset you or done harm, trust me, it will make you feel much better.
Step6
Do this atleast twice a week, and before you know it, your stress level will have reduced and so will your stomach.
Step7
Remember to have fun. Because in the end, that's what it's all about.
