Learning to juggle is a simple process that takes a lot of practice. Juggling three balls can be learned in the matter of a couple of hours with some patience and a good sense of humor.
Place your feet shoulder width apart and let your arms hang by your sides.
Step2
Take two of your three juggling balls and place them in either hand.
Step3
Practice throwing the balls up in the air, simultaneously, in an arc starting with your right hand toward your left shoulder, and then your left hand toward your right shoulder. The balls should maintain a somewhat equal height and arc.
Step4
Catch the thrown balls, and repeat step 2 until you feel you are comfortable with timing and consistency in height.
Step5
Practice holding two balls in your primary hand and throwing one up in the air and then the other up in the air as the second is coming down. You want to throw the balls at a somewhat equal height. Your hand should move in a fluid circular pattern as you rotate catching the first and tossing it up before the second reaches your palm.
Step6
When you feel you have mastered the above steps, hold two balls in your primary hand and one in your off hand. Throw the first ball up in the air with your primary hand toward your opposite shoulder, then just before it reaches its apex, throw the ball in your off hand toward the opposite shoulder. Then, just before the second ball reaches its apex in the air, throw the third ball from your primary hand toward your opposite shoulder. Congratulations! You are a three ball juggler!
Tips & Warnings
The key to juggling is timing throws and trying to be as consistent as possible in the height and arc of each throw. I would recommend teaching yourself juggling in an area with little to no wind and adequate space to practice.
You want to give yourself adequate space to amaze all of your adoring fans. Give yourself about a 5' radius in all directions.

It's the most gradual method on the Internet!
