How to Clean Your House Quickly and Easily

Some people would rather go the dentist than have to their house. But, if you break your house down in 3 sections you could have your cleaning done in no time. Keep in mind that what goes up, has to come down.

Instructions

Difficulty: Moderately Easy

Things You’ll Need:

  • Your regular cleaning products.

Step1
Always start at the "top" of the room. Clean spider webs out of the corners and off the ceilings by using a duster with a telescoping handle. Also don't forget about your ceiling fans. You could clean each room individually or you could combine all rooms in one step.
Step2
After cleaning the "top" of the house, it is time to clean the "middle". This would involve cleaning blinds with a damp cloth or dust cloth, clean pictures and mirrors with windex, and finally clean your furniture with your favorite furniture polish. Dust or clean anything that would be in this section of the house. Remember to start with the highest placed item in the "middle" of the room and work down.
Step3
Finally the "bottom" of the house. This would involve cleaning base boards, vacuum carpets, and mopping the floors. You might want to do this in that order.

After cleaning the "bottom" of the house, you are done.

Tips & Warnings

  • Try cleaning thoroughly on the first weekend of the month.
  • Spot clean the "middle" of the house on a weekly basis.
  • Vacuum carpets weekly if needed.
