Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Go to the Tea Games website to find a free version of online table tennis. Scroll down to "Table Tennis" and click on it.

  2. Step 2

Click on "Click to Play" to enter the game. Choose whether you want to play a single game or a tournament in which you will start with virtual opponents of low skill and work your way to more challenging opponents.

  3. Step 3

Choose a virtual opponent if you opt to play a single game. The virtual table tennis opponents range in skill levels from "none" to "maximum" and are distinguished by the color of their paddle. Start with the blue paddle and work your way up.

  4. Step 4

Serve the ball by thrusting your mouse forward and then clicking the left mouse button. The rules of online table tennis are the same as real table tennis except the winner is the player who scores the most points in 3 minutes.

  5. Step 5

Return the ball by moving your paddle with your mouse. Move your mouse from side to side to move the paddle. Your paddle will automatically switch from a forehand to a backhand position as you move it across the table. It is not necessary to click the mouse to return the ball.

  6. Step 6

Put power on the ball by thrusting your mouse forward as you come into contact with the ball. However, be careful not to hit the ball too hard. If you do it, you can miss the table entirely.

Tips & Warnings
  • Try to angle your paddle to create spin on the ball instead of hitting the ball squarely. Spin can help you defeat tougher opponents.
