Instructions
-
-
1
Discard the jokers from a pack of cards and lay the rest out in 4 rows of 13.
-
2
Pick up the aces and set aside, leaving four "holes."
-
-
3
Play each suit from lowest to highest by moving cards into the holes so you have 2 consecutive cards in a suit, the left card lower in value. For example, if there is a hole next to the 9 of hearts, you may move the 10 of hearts into the hole.
-
4
Try to get the 2 of each suit into the leftmost position on each row. These cards and consecutive cards of each suit are now fixed in these positions.
-
5
Pick up the cards and reshuffle when you run out of moves, leaving those cards that are home. For instance, if a row contains a 2 in the leftmost position, followed by a 3, 4 and 5 of the same suit, you will not pick up these cards.
-
6
Add the aces to the cards you picked up, reshuffle and lay them out again. Leav the home cards untouched. Pick up the aces and continue playing.
-
7
Reshuffle the cards and continue playing as in the previous step twice more.
-
8
Play until no reshuffles and no moves remain. If you succeed in getting each suit in order from 2 to King, you've won the game.
