How to Have an eBay Store Listings Sale
One of the quickest ways to boost the number of sales in an eBay store is to have a store listings sale. This is especially important in off-seasons when traffic slows down. A store listings sale is quick and manageable, and can be done as often as necessary.

1
Open an eBay store, and fill it with fixed price items. Pay a higher commission cost for store listings, but pay a greatly reduced rate to list each item. List the items for the 30-day period. You can enable the automatic relisting feature, if you think you'll want to continue beyond that period.
-
2
Go to the "My eBay" page through the tab at the top of the homepage. Choose the "Manage My Store" link under the "My Subscriptions" heading on the left side of the page.
-
-
3
Find the "Marketing Tools" on the left side of the page. Locate the "Markdown Manager" link halfway down the box and click on it.
-
4
Click on the "Create Sale" button under the "Markdown Manager" heading.
-
5
Use the "Create Sale" page to name your sale. Use this name to keep track of the reason or the scope of your sale. Keep the sale name in the "Markdown Manager" page to keep track of the number of sales and markdowns.
-
6
Determine a start and end date and a time. Use the date and time the site provides in the start section if you want the sale to start right away. Change the date and time to begin it later.
-
7
Choose the amount of the discount in the discount area. Continue down to the listing section, and choose which items you want to put on sale. Select either the listings in one category, all store inventory or all of your fixed-price items.
