Step 1
Go to Club Pogo at pogo.com and decide whether you want to play only the free games or join and play all the games. Club Pogo offers a free two-week trial membership.
-
Step 2
Click on the solitaire game you want to play to go to the game page. You can enter a specific game room if you want to chat with players while you play, or you can simply click on "Play Now."
-
Step 3
Play Aces Up, which has a World War I theme of dirigibles and biplanes. Four cards are dealt, and your goal is to get the four aces in these home positions. Remove cards by clicking on any card that's lower than another card of the same suit that's on the bottom of a column. When you run out of moves, draw 4 more cards. Moving aces home gives you a flying ace, which you can use to remove a card that's blocking further moves.
-
Step 4
Fly first class by playing First Class Solitaire, a game of Klondike with an airline theme. Or, for a version of the game with bonus cards that provide cheats as well as the fun of getting stamps in a passport, play World Class Solitaire. Klondike is the game of 7 columns of cards in which you alternate red and black cards from king to ace and then add cards to 4 foundation piles.
-
Step 5
Visit a royal court by playing Payday Freecell. Freecell is played much the same way as Klondike except there is no draw pile. Move cards into the free cells at the top to arrange the columns from king to ace, alternating between black and red cards. Move cards to the foundation piles to win the game.
-
Step 6
Help a spider back up the waterspout by playing Rainy Day Spider Solitaire. Spider is played by arranging columns in order from king to ace, keeping suits together. You can play with 1, 2 or 4 suits. When playing more than 1 suit, take care in playing 1 suit on another; multiple cards can only be moved if they are the same suit. Draw from the pile when you run out of moves.
-
Step 7
Explore an ancient treasure room by playing tri-peaks solitaire. Remove cards by placing consecutive cards on the foundation pile. For instance, if a queen is showing on the foundation pile, you may play a jack or king. Continue removing cards until you run out of moves, and then draw another card to continue. If you succeed in removing all the cards, the adventurer will be able to move to the next treasure; if you don't, he will be felled by a ****y trap.
