Instructions

    • 1

Visit the Picasaweb home page. Sign in using a Google username, or create an account.

    • 2

Upload photos to the web using the software's "Web Album" button, or use your normal web browser to add pics that are high quality. Each account receives 1 GB of storage--enough to upload, share and view around 4,000 standard resolution images.

    • 3

Share your photos with others. Rather than attaching photos one-by-one to send in an e-mail, you can send a link to a photo, an album or your entire online gallery.

    • 4

Download your friends' albums. Rather than simply viewing another's photographs, you can download someone else's album and save it in your own Picasa account.

    • 5

Add captions and comments to your own, and others' photos. If you've given your photos captions in Picasa, the same captions will remain after you upload them to the web.

    • 6

Create wallpaper, screensavers, slide shows, CDs and more using the programs easy-to-follow instructions.
