2. Ask your co-workers if they would be interested in forming a fantasy football group. It will make for interesting water cooler chat and you may find out that you and some of your co-workers have much in common.
3. Find a sports forum. Sports forums are full of people who live for football, competition and the thrill of the game. CBS Sportsline and Sports Illustrated both have popular forums filled with fans from every team. Since there are thousands of members on hundreds of forums on each website, you are sure to find enough people to form a small group.
4. Join someone else's group instead of forming your own. There are many fantasy football groups out there, both small ones run by individuals and larger ones ran by companies that offer cash prizes to the top tier winners. While this may not be your first choice, it is better than missing out on the fun of fantasy football.
