How to Play Bookworm Online

Bookworm is a fun game, from Pogo.com, in which you try to raise your score and climb levels, by linking words together. Each time you make a word, you will receive points and the bookshelf will begin to fill with books. When the bookshelf is completely full, you will move on to the next level.

Instructions

Difficulty: Moderately Challenging

1. Go to Pogo.com and double click on the "Word Games" option. Scroll down until you find Bookworm and double click on it. Once the game has loaded, you will see a grid of 52 tiles.
2. Use these tiles to form words. Letters that are next to each other may be linked together. To select a tile, click on it and it will light up. To unselect a tile, click on it again and it will return to it's original color.
3. Once you have spelled a word, the "Submit" button will begin blinking. Double click on it to receive points for your word and begin filling the bookshelf above the worm's head.
4. Watch for red and green tiles, which will also begin to fall. Red tiles will end your game if they reach the bottom, so get rid of them as quickly as you can. Green tiles will give you extra points when you use them in a word.
5. Get the bookshelf completely filled and you can move on to the next level.

Tips & Warnings

• If you can't find any words, you can shuffle the tiles by clicking on the worm. Be warned, red tiles will appear each time you do.
• The longer word you form, the more points you will receive.
