2. Use the auditor to guide you back through your memories and into your past lives. Think about past events, and expand upon them to recall other events. Discuss your memories with your auditor.
3. Allow the auditor to study the e-meter readings and validate the memories. Listen to the readings to understand which memories are true.
4. Rely on the readings to guide you to other memories. Validate those, and move on to other lifetimes. Understand your own life after learning what events shaped your past lives.
5. Recall past lives outside of Scientology by visiting a hypnotherapist who agrees to the regression. Use the power of the hypnotist's voice to reach a relaxed state, and travel back in time to your past lives by listening to a guided regression. Recall the memories to your hypnotist, who can tell you about them later or give you a tape of the memories you spoke about.
