Auditing is the Scientologist's answer to counseling. This religion requires auditing of all members in order to detect any bad thoughts or secrets. A trained Scientology auditor uses an e-meter to transcend these thoughts and help you achieve a spiritual state of heightened awareness.

Instructions

Difficulty: Moderately Easy

Step1
Decide you need auditing, or be told by a Scientologist that you need auditing. Contact a qualified auditor. Find out how many auditing sessions you need, based on your particular problem.
Step2
Meet your auditor and acquaint yourself with the e-meter. Hold the e-meter's electrodes, and answer any questions the auditor asks you. Answer honestly in order to let the e-meter tell the auditor what thoughts you are hiding.
Step3
Follow the auditor's directions, as you may be asked to perform certain movements within the auditing room.
Step4
Disclose any hidden crimes against Scientology that you may have committed. Keep revealing your hidden thoughts until the auditor reports that the e-meter reading is favorable.
Step5
Finish clearing the negative thoughts from your current life, and allow the auditor to regress you into your past lives. Allow the e-meter to tell you if your past life memories are valid. Learn from the past life experiences, and understand how those experiences are negatively affecting your current lifetime.
Step6
Complete all of the require auditing sessions in order to progress to the next level of Scientology. Pay for the sessions as you can, or work for the Church of Scientology to pay for them.
