Erotica, or a sexual story written to excite the reader, is a great tool to work yourself up and help you reach sexual climax through masturbation. Erotica is inexpensive and easily obtained online or available for purchase at adult stores and most "regular" book stores. A few quick steps can help you use erotica to masturbate.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Choose your favorite type of erotica to get excited. Erotica caters to a wide variety of people with stories and whole books dedicated to general sexual topics and more focused, fetishistic tastes. Narrowing erotica offerings down to a few favorite types will help you find stories that can help you masturbate.

  2. Step 2

Get comfortable. Whether you decide to create ambiance with candles or low light or simply must remember to lock the door, make sure that you're comfortable as you begin to read and masturbate.

  3. Step 3

Read your erotica thoroughly. Short story collections or longer novels are both wise choices when you masturbate. You can read through and let your excitement build before you touch yourself.

  4. Step 4

Picture the story clearly. As you read erotica, allow yourself to sink into the story. Many people enjoy imagining themselves inside the scene as the author describes it or simply picturing the actions as they unfold.

  5. Step 5

Allow your hands to drift as you read. Try to follow the mood of the erotica in the way that you touch yourself. If the story is wild and forceful, act accordingly. If it's slow and sweet, adjust your self-stimulation to match.

  6. Step 6

Bring yourself to climax. Whether you continue to read your erotica as you masturbate or abandon the material as you reach your peak, enjoy your body and the pleasure it brings you.

on 9/19/2008 Watching porn just doesn't do it for me. I think I can speak for many women that prefer reading erotica. I like the "Best of the Best Women's Erotica" series by Violet Blue. I've read every volume for the past 4 years and I haven't been dissapointed yet. Here are two of my favorites: http://www.tabutoys.com/Catalog/SearchResults.asp?searchfield=all&pagenumber=1&searchphrase=women%27s+erotica
