Pornography, or images created to arouse sexual excitement, is a common tool in masturbation. Many people find that looking at nude images or images of sex acts quickly arouses their desire to have sex or orgasm alone. As such, pornography is a helpful and often a reliable tool to provoke arousal and sexual climax during masturbation. A few easy steps can help you find fulfillment in masturbation while viewing porn.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Choose pornography that appeals to your sexual tastes. Pornography of every variety is available from adult stores or websites. Beyond the subject matter, it's up to you to decide if still images or video have a stronger effect on your libido as you masturbate.

  2. Step 2

Start slow. Look at an adult magazine or watch a video while reclining in a comfortable location like a bed or couch. Instead of focusing entirely on the act of masturbation and rushing it along, spend some time taking in the images and focusing on your arousal.

  3. Step 3

Touch yourself gently. As your arousal builds, continue to look at your porn and touch yourself lightly at first. Begin my caressing your breasts or running a hand over your genitals.

  4. Step 4

Imagine yourself in the porn. A great way to continually build arousal is to identify with the sex acts as you look at porn. If you can insert yourself into the imaginary situation, you will probably reach climax very quickly when you masturbate.

  5. Step 5

Masturbate to climax. Once you are completely involved in your porn fantasy, stimulate yourself in a way that will push you toward climax and bring about your sexual fulfillment.

on 1/9/2008 "Did you know that the chemical released in the brain during the fantasy portion of this act causes memory loss and eventual failure of other necessary functions?" Thank you Mr. Snyder, I've been laughing uncontrollably for two days after I read that because that's possibly the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard. You need to fact check where you get your information from. Memory loss...ha!

on 1/8/2008 Did you know that the chemical released in the brain during the fantasy portion of this act causes memory loss and eventual failure of other necessary functions? This was medically proven a few years ago. The brain is a delicate piece of biological machinery... lets not waste it.
