How to Host a Transformers Birthday Party for Kids

Transformers have been hot since the 80's. Since the release of the live action version of the toys, the Transformers have reached many more children and increased the demand for Transformers toys and parties.

Instructions

1. Start with the invitations. Purchase Transformers invitations and send them about 2 weeks before the party. Invite about as many kids as your own child's age to keep the child from being overwhelmed.

2. Go to a party store, or a party website, and take a look at all the Transformers party items on the market. Plan the meal time around the Transformers, with themed plates, cups and napkins. Buy a Transformers table cover to make the birthday cake table more festive.

3. Plan competitive games that will set the Autobots against the Decepticons. Use an armband or a bracelet to signify which children are on which team. Plan freeze tag, races or an obstacle course in the yard for the teams to conquer.

4. Have Transformer balloons all over the party area to keep the theme going. Buy inflatable Transformers for the table or for the play area. Use Transformers place mats for the eating area.

5. Serve the birthday cake, complete with a Transformers icing design or cake topper. Let the kids eat, drink and watch the presents being opened. Finish the party with a Transformers gift bag full of small, themed items for kids to take home. Include Transformers stickers, balloons, erasers and other age-appropriate items.
