SeaWorld is a sea animal sanctuary and thrill park located in Orlando, Florida. The park is open year-round, opening daily at 9 a.m. You can spend a day or multiple days enjoying all of the attractions at SeaWorld Orlando. Read on to learn how to visit SeaWorld Orlando.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Sign up for the Adventure Express Tour. This six-hour tour includes front of the line access to several SeaWorld rides, two shows, a behind-the-scenes tour, a chance to feed the wildlife and lunch. Call to reserve or book online.

  2. Step 2

Ride the Kraken. This is the best thrill roller coaster in the SeaWorld park. It is a floorless ride with several loops experienced at top speeds.

  3. Step 3

Visit Shamu. If you are in SeaWorld, you have to take time to see Shamu, the famous killer whale.

  4. Step 4

Feed the SeaWorld animals. Daily feeding schedules are posted at the park. During feeding times, you are permitted to feed the sea lions, stingrays and dolphins.

  5. Step 5

Check out the interactive attractions throughout the park. Children can learn about the wildlife by completing the tasks at each work station. For example, one station has children testing their lung capacity against a walrus.

Tips & Warnings
  • There are different prices for Florida and out-of-state residents. Check online to see admission packages and costs.
  • During peak hours, the restaurants in the park tend to be booked. You can make reservations in advance on the SeaWorld website.
  • Don't bring your regular camera to take pictures at SeaWorld. Purchase one of the specialty waterproof cameras available at area shops.
