The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle action figure line continues to expand. This makes collecting them easy for beginners and exciting for old pros. Available figures range from the original characters to their bizarre reincarnation as trolls. It also includes allies and enemies of the Ninja Turtles from the television shows and all of the movies. Read on to learn more.

Instructions

Difficulty: Easy
Step1
Set goals for your collection. Do you want to collect every Ninja Turtle action figure or only certain ones? Either way it is helpful to prioritize what figures or sets you want to buy first. Stick to your priorities unless you find an unbeatable bargain.
Step2
Buy the set which came out with the release of the animated movie. It includes Leonardo, Donatello, Raphael, Michelangelo, Splinter, Shredder and the Foot Soldier. There are also two vehicles, Battle Shell and Shell Cycle. Each of the Ninja Turtles have a 12" version, too.
Step3
Collect the figures from the original 1988 set. It includes the four Turtles, Splinter, Shredder, April O'Neil, Bebop, Rocksteady and a footsoldier. The set also includes six vehicles.
Step4
Complete the original set by getting the figures for characters who were added later like Casey Jones, Krang and Genghis Frog.
Step5
Add figures from the themed sets to your collection. The sets started with Wacky Action and even included a Star Trek crossover set.

Tips & Warnings

  • Add the three live action movies, the new animated one and the original comic books to improve your collection.
