Irish cream liquor is a tasty and popular after dinner drink. Making your own Irish Cream Liquor, with quality ingredients, will surely impress your guests. So, the next time you need something for that special occasion, or you want to make something that will be an occasion itself, try making Irish cream liquor. Read on to find out how.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 1 cup of maple syrup
  • 2 cups of cream
  • 3 cups of whiskey
  • 1 tsp. instant coffee
  1. Step 1

Combine the cream and whiskey in a blender and blend at a low speed.

  2. Step 2

Remove the top of the blender and pour in the maple syrup slowly as the blender runs.

  3. Step 3

Add the instant coffee after the syrup has been added.

  4. Step 4

Blend the whole mixture on low until it is thoroughly mixed. The mixing process shouldn't take longer than a minute.

  5. Step 5

Keep the Irish cream whiskey refrigerated.

  6. Step 6

Shake the bottle to keep everything evenly mixed before serving.

Tips & Warnings
  • By pouring in the syrup and instant coffee while the blender is running you ensure that they are well mixed. Generally these two things are activated with heat. They mix well when heat is applied. We are just replacing the heat with slow even mixing.
  • Don't allow minors to consume alcoholic beverages.
  • Don't pour in the syrup and instant coffee too fast. It could cause the blender to cough up on you.
  • Do not attempt to remove the blender's pitcher while the blender is running.
