Take 1 can of tomato soup (26 oz) and 1 medium jar of salsa; place them in a food processor. (Chose the heat/spice you like in salsa: mild, medium, hot, fire!)

Pulse the ingredients together in the food processor while slowly adding one soup can of water. Pulse until the consistency is to your liking, chunky or smooth.

Place in a saucepan and cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally for 10 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
Step4
Top the soup with any or all of the following: Sour cream, Chopped parsley, basil or chives Croutons, Oyster crackers, Freshly grated cheddar, Monterey or Parmesan cheese
Tips & Warnings
If the soup is too spicy, add another can of tomato soup without the water.
