Like pizza? Like tacos? Combine the both for a delicious meal that is easy with these step by step instructions. All the things you will need are listed below and available at any grocery store. You may need a pizza stone or pizza cooking tray if you don't already. This recipe makes a large sized pizza.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • pizza dough
  • pizza sauce
  • hot sauce
  • mozzarella cheese
  • cheddar cheese
  • 1 lbs ground beef
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tomato
  • bag of shredded lettuce
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  1. Step 1

Season the beef with the instructions on the back of the seasoning packet. The desired amount of beef needed is up to you or you can use the suggested amount on the packet. The instructions will also tell you how to cook the seasoning into the beef. As the beef and seasoning cook, move onto step two. Use entire packet even if the instructions call for more beef than one pound. You get less taco flavor with more beef.

  2. Step 2

Peel and remove the skin from the onion. Then cut into tiny pieces, slices or rings. However you want your onion cut is up to you. I prefer chopped into tiny pieces.

  3. Step 3

As with the onion, chop the tomato into tiny pieces as well.

  4. Step 4

If you bought frozen dough, it will have to be stretched into the shape you desire, circle, square, rectangle, triangle, however you like. No one said a pizza had to be round. Place the dough on pizza stone or cooking tray. You may continue to shape your dough as it sits on the stone. If you bought pre-cooked pizza dough, place that as well on the stone or tray. If the crusts instructions read "place directly on oven rack" you may do that as well.

  5. Step 5

Add desired amount of pizza sauce onto crust or dough and sprinkle a small amount of hot sauce on top the sauce.

  6. Step 6

Sprinkle a small amount of mozzarella on top of sauce.

  7. Step 7

Sprinkle the chopped onion and tomato pieces evenly.

  8. Step 8

Next sprinkle the beef on top evenly.

  9. Step 9

Place pizza into oven preheated to 450 degrees.

  10. Step 10

When the crust is browned and all the cheese has melted, or of you used a pre-cooked crust, take the pizza out when the cheese has melted or to when your pizza is cooked to it's desired wellness.

  11. Step 11

Sprinkle the cheddar cheese on top of the pizza evenly.

  12. Step 12

Add the shredded lettuce on top the pizza and cut into desired amount of slices.

  13. Step 13

    Serve and eat.

Tips & Warnings
  • You can also add any topping you like. Olives, salsa, sour cream, etc.
  • Make sure you don't burn the bottom of the pizza, check that during cooking. If one side of the pizza is cooking faster than another, rotate it.
  • Be sure not to cut or burn yourself. Cook the beef fully and keep separate from vegetables to avoid any cross contamination.
