High blood pressure is becoming an epidemic. The drugs used to treat it are worse than the diagnosis. Here are some natural ways to help you reduce blood pressure without meds.

Things You'll Need:

  • Organic Apple Cider Vinegar
  • Organic Honey
  • 5000mg garlic pills
  • Walking shoes
  • Time
  • Organic food
  • Organic cleaning supplies and personal products.
  1. Step 1

    Mix and drink the following twice a day (morning and evening)
    8 oz water, 1 tablespoon raw organic apple cider vinegar, 1 tablespoon organic honey.

  2. Step 2

    Take 5000 mg of garlic daily.

  3. Step 3

    Walk briskly for 30 minutes every other day.

  4. Step 4

    Completely stop adding salt to your diet. Eat only low sodium products containing <300 mg)

  5. Step 5

    Eliminate chemicals from you system by choosing only organic foods. Use only organic cleaning and personal care products.

  6. Step 6

    If you follow these steps and you are not currently on any meds, your blood pressure should be lowered within a week or two. You must continue these steps to keep it low.
