1. Listening: Yea, women all say men don't listen and there's truth to it. Remember this is a skill that applies to other aspects in life like in work situations.
2. Eye contract: Guys have no problem with this at work yet in dating situations, they start checking out ceiling textures more than their date.
3. Follow up questions: Ask follow questions that relate to the conversation. Don't ask yes/no questions. Ask what/how questions: "What motivated you to become a teacher?"
4. Don't be a wuss: Give your date a hug, a kiss. If the girl likes you, she'll take it as a romantic sign.
5. Be yourself: Yes, the classic tip is still valid. It doesn't mean chow through dinner in 10 minutes and watch your date eat. It does mean showing your good traits.
