Your hair will be perfect if you follow this

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • honey
  • shampoo and conditioner
  • plastic bag
  • 2 tea bags
  • yur favorite music cd!
  1. Step 1

First you have to keep your hair clean, wash every other day with a great shampoo, you can find great shampoos and conditioners without expend a fortune, just try few that help you, this is not about the shampoo or conditioner only, is about regular maintenance and healthy habits.

  2. Step 2

Once you have your hair clean, prepare a mix of honey with some water to dilute, make a mix, thick enough like shampoo, pour the mix over your hair, have the mix ready before you wash your hair, so you can use it right away, the amount of mix, will vary if your hair is short or long, just spread like if were a conditioner.

  3. Step 3

Once you have the honey all over your head, use the plastic bag to do like a hat and cover all your head, you can tight it with a pin, the heat of your body will help to penetrates the strands of your hair with all the natural vitamins of the honey, then put your favorite music cd, have some fresh tea made of two tea bags and 2 cups of water (could be any tea), I love orange blossoms, cool off the bags if your are really tired let them in the fridge for 15 min, then cover your eyes with the bags with some tea, lay down in bed or favorite spot for 30 min... enjoy!

Once the 30 min is over, rinse the hair with fresh water, no shampoo nothing else, if you keep doing this every week your hair will be soft, shinny and very hydrated, also is important to use conditioner never tear apart your hair, dry it with a towel as you squeeze a wet sock.

on 12/10/2007 Excellent Idea! Honey is a humectant and the vitamins and minerals are excellent for the body, inside and out! One word of caution, though. Some people with allergies to the flowers used in making the particular honey may have an adverse reaction to honey applied topically. Thanks for sharing!
