This is a guide on how to get rid of your acne based on Scientific and Medical evidence.

Difficulty: Moderately Challenging
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Not pick your acne
  • Get drugs from your doctor
  • Use contraception
  1. Step 1

If you only have slight acne (one or two spots) then just go to the pharmacy and get a tube of Benzyol Peroxide 5%. Use this sparingly on the individual spots for a few days at they should subside.

  2. Step 2

If you have moderate acne (a few spots covering face, neck and maybe back) then you could try the Benzyol Peroxide for a few days (NOT using it in excess, as it will cause your skin to look worse overall), and if the BP doesnt work go to your doctor and ask for a TOPICAL ANTIBITOIC. Apply this drug on to the whole effected area every morning and night.

  3. Step 3

If the topical antibiotic doesnt work ask for an oral antibiotic. This should sort out your acne but if it doesnt then go back and ask about Accutane.

  4. Step 4

This guide is not about what drugs to get it was about how to take them! Most importantly just DONT touch your face or PICK any marks or spots! Use the perscribed drugs religiously for as long as required minimum 6weeks! Acne drugs take a while to work because of the progressive nature of the multiple factors that cause acne.

You require patience, time, religious application of any drugs and confidence that it will pass in you do the above.

Tips & Warnings

  • DONT TOUCH
  • RELIGOUS APPLICATION OF DRUGS
