Easy Ways to Make Money for 11 Year Olds

Just because 11-year-olds are not old enough to work at "real" jobs doesn't mean they can't find ways to make money. Earning some cash when you're a kid is easier than you think. It only takes a little creativity. When kids start earning money, they also learn life lessons about saving and investing.

The old fashioned lemonade stand is the classic version that most kids are familiar with. Set yourself apart by experimenting with other products to sell at your stand. Offer beverages that are seasonably-themed. For example, if you live in an area with cold weather, set up a hot chocolate stand in the fall and winter. In the summer, sell cold iced drinks.
